St. Joseph firefighters climb steps to honor fallen 9/11 firefighters

Members of the St. Joseph Fire Department traveled to Kansas City for the 8th annual stair climb.

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.)— Members of the St. Joseph Fire Department traveled to Kansas City for the 8th annual stair climb Tuesday. 

"We never forget and thats what our theme is, "never forget," KCFD Public Information Officer Kevin Joles said. 

Firefighters from across Missouri participated in the climb to honor firefighters who died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
