A stalled out front to the north of us will be the focus for our showers and thunderstorms. We expect another round will move in Thursday afternoon through early Friday morning before the next round moves through early on Saturday. So far the severe weather threat is low, but some stronger storms could have some gusty winds and some small hail. We are getting beneficial rain, so that's the good news. High temperatures will still be above average in the lower 90s.

We'll still be in a bit of an unsettled weather pattern Sunday through early next week with more on & off again rain/storm chances. Highs will remain summer hot in the upper 80s to lower 90s.

The late spring heat continues into Monday with lots of sunshine and highs in the middle 90s. Feels like temperatures will be around 100 degrees once again. A Heat Advisory remains is in effect until 8pm Monday for the entire KQ2 viewing area. Best advice is to drink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioned rooms, and stay out of the sun. Big changes move in for the new workweek as relief from the dry conditions & summer heat is on the way beginning into Tuesday.
