Beef & Mixed Vegetables

ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

chipotle lime red quinoa

fire roasted vegetables

salt pepper, garlic salt, fajita seasoning

directions

cook ground beef with fajita seasoning

bake mixed vegetables with garlic salt and pepper in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degress

add cheese to ground beef if need and mix together
