2lbs ground beef
1 cup minute rice
Medium head of cabbage
2 15 oz can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Core cabbage and blanch removing single leaves as they become tender.
Mix together beef, 1 can tomato sauce, rice and salt and pepper.
Wrap leaves around handful of meat mixture.
Place in cassarole dish.
Cover with 2nd can of sauce Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degress
