Chipotle Bean Burger Salad

JR Roberson from Fit Republic shows a burger meal, with no meat.

INGREDIENTS-

Bread crumbs

Eggs

Italian seasoning

Black beans - red beans

Corn

Salad mix

Chipotle sauce

Cucumbers

Peppers

Tomatoes

Shredded carrots

Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, eggs, Italian bread crumbs , black beans, red beans and corn into a mixing bowl- make into a hamburger shape patty and cook on stove top for 5-6 minutes on each side -

In another bowl add salad ingredients together-

When burger is down crumble up and add to salad. Add chipotle sauce or any dressing and serve
