FRESH FRUIT SALSA
Yields 3-4 cups salsa
2 white nectarines, chopped
1 yellow peach, chopped
1 small Vidalia onion, chopped
2 whole Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Chill for one hour. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies or use as a topper for grilled chicken or fish
