Open-Face Cucumber Sandwiches
All you need:
Chèvre goat cheese
Dark pumpernickel party bread slices
Cucumber slices
Red onion slivers
Smoked salmon
Lemon zest
Hy-Vee black pepper
Chives, chopped
All you do:
1. Spread Chèvre goat cheese onto dark pumpernickel party bread slices.
2. Top each with cucumber slices, red onion slivers and smoked salmon.
3. Sprinkle with lemon zest, Hy-Vee black pepper and chopped fresh chives.
