An Uptick in Transitional Housing?

Transitional housing in St. Joseph is going through a bit of a transition. Melissa Frakes, Executive Director of Pivotal Point Transitional Housing joins us.

With the shelter-in-place order and school not in session, the needs of Pivotal Point Pantry and their residents are great. Unlike many organizations who focus on one-time emergency care, this agency’s primary objective is to move clients from homelessness to self-sufficiency within 90 days.
