Bread Catfish filets in seasoned cornmeal
Fry at 350 degrees for 7 minutes
Fish should be crisp on the outside and moist and flaky inside
Creole Mustard Sauce
1 cup mayo
¼ cup creole mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
