(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) A water line break caused Mark Twain Elementary to cancel school for Wednesday. The line break was isolated to only in front of the building and did not affect any other schools.

The St. Joseph School District announced this afternoon that staff and students can return to school tomorrow, Thursday, Dec. 14.

Students and parents should be aware that a section of sidewalk in front of the school had to be removed in order to make the repair. It will remain blocked off until the sidewalk can be replaced.
