There will be a lot of sunshine across northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri for your Wednesday. There is a chance for a stray afternoon shower, but not expecting much. It will be a very warm day as temperatures are expected to go up to the upper 80s, even close to 90 degrees.
For the rest of the workweek, we are tracking some on and off rain chances. Thursday will be sunny and warm again with highs in the upper 80s. But we could see a slight chance for showers & storms late Thursday night and lasting into our Friday with highs in the middle to upper 80s.
The rain should be out of here by Saturday morning, making way for mostly sunny skies with above average, summer hot temperatures with highs going up to the lower 90s. It's looking to be a pretty good long Memorial Day Holiday weekend through Monday with our weather with lots of sunshine. Mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 80s as we head back to work from the long weekend on Tuesday.
