Andrew County Health Department reports first coronavirus related death

The Andrew County Health Department has reported the first death of an Andrew County resident due to the coronavirus.

(ANDREW COUNTY)— The Andrew County Health Department has reported the first death of an Andrew County resident due to the coronavirus.

According to a release from the health department, the resident was a male in his 50s and did not have underlying medical issues. 

The department said the individual tested positive for the virus on June 9.
