Arrest made following social media threat against Cameron School District

(CAMERON, Mo.) An arrest was made in connection to a social media threat against the Cameron School District, according to the Cameron Police Department.

The district reported the threat to police Tuesday night. During the investigation, a Cameron High School student was identified as a possible suspect.

Police tracked the 17-year-old to St. Joseph where the juvenile was arrested.

No other details were released about the nature of the threat.
