(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.)- Tuesday marked the end to the ninth Kansas City Chiefs training camp in St. Joseph.
The team has held the three-week long preseason camp at Missouri Western State University since 2010.
"Missouri Western State University, I appreciate them and the way they treat us," Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said. "They give us an opportunity to get out here and be able to focus in on playing. They fed us and they house us, they keep these fields beautiful, so, my hat goes off to them."
Before moving camp to St. Joe, the Chiefs held camp in River Falls, Wisconsin for almost 20 years.
An agreement between the Chiefs and Missouri Western includes an option for a one-year extension for 2019.
