Man arrested for DWI in Highway 33 crash that sent 3 people to hospital

(DEKALB COUNTY, Mo.) A man was arrested for drunk driving in a wreck that sent three people to the hospital Saturday night.

Brant Jestes, 26, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in connection to a crash on Highway 33, south of Maysville, according to the state Highway Patrol crash reports. The records identify two young passengers, 3-year-old Alyssandra Jestes and 5-year-old Brenton Jestes.

Brant Jestes was traveling north on Missouri 33 around 8 p.m. Saturday when he ran off the road and down an embankment. According to the crash report, the car rolled several times. All three were taken from the car and transported to medical facilities.

The conditions of those injured were not immediately known.
