Royals Postpone Sunday’s Game

The game against the White Sox has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 28.

(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) Due to the bitter cold temperatures and snow expected for Sunday, April 1, the Kansas City Royals decided to postpone their game against the Chicago White Sox. 

The teams will play a day-night doubleheader on Saturday, April 28 with the makeup game scheduled for 1:15 p.m. and the previously scheduled contest will be moved to 7:15 p.m.

Fans that had tickets for Subday’s  game can use them for the 1:15 p.m. game on April 28.

Wednesday and Thursday night a cold front will move in and give us a chance for rain and t-storms. As the warm front moves in and remains stationary it will spark rain/storm chances Wednesday through Thursday. Thursday will be the warmest day of the week with a high in the lower 80s. A cold front moves back in Friday returning highs to the low 50s for the weekend.
