After dealing with some heavy rain and strong thunderstorms late last night, we are waking up to some cloud skies and some light rain on this Thursday morning. This marks the beginning of an unsettled weather pattern as we're tracking on & off again rain/storm chances as we end the workweek and head into the weekend.

A stalled out front to the north of us will be the focus for our showers and thunderstorms. We expect another round will move in Thursday afternoon through early Friday morning before the next round moves through early on Saturday. So far the severe weather threat is low, but some stronger storms could have some gusty winds and some small hail. We are getting beneficial rain, so that's the good news. High temperatures will still be above average in the lower 90s.

We'll still be in a bit of an unsettled weather pattern Sunday through early next week with more on & off again rain/storm chances. Highs will remain summer hot in the upper 80s to lower 90s.
