(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Chad Fowles runs a 11.7 100 meter dash, and is one of the top track athletes in the midwest region at 14 years old.
The AAU Junior Olympics is held this year at Drake University in Des Moines, and will start Saturday and will end August 3rd. Fowles will be a freshman at West Platte High School.
