Shirley Ann Osborn

1937-2018

Shirley Ann Osborn, 81, St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018, surrounded by her family.
She was born January 21, 1937 in Dekalb, MO.
Shirley married TW Osborn August 11, 1956. They celebrated their 60 years together before he passed away on November 4, 2016.
She was an Administrative Technician for the City of St. Joseph/Buchanan County Health Department for 25 years. After retirement she worked for the Kansas City airport, so she could travel.
Shirley enjoyed bowling, playing softball with her kids; fishing and camping with her grandchildren. She loved to volunteer at the Food Kitchen. Shirley was also an avid KC Royals fan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, TW Osborn; daughter, Terry Glidewell; parents, Buford and Bessie Mae Lykins; brothers, Lajune, Lonnie, Tom Lykins; sisters, Dorothy Pennebaker and Jean Watkins.
Survivors include; sons, Tim W. Osborn (Laura), Todd Osborn (Sondra); daughter, Tracy Hux (Mike); son-in-law, Jeff Glidewell; grandchildren, Megan Haywood (Ryan), Courtney Corbet (Cameron), Caitlin Ulrich (Rob), Courtlin Neece (Blake), Ashley, Amanda and Justin Hux (Ashley), Levi Glidewell; great-grandchildren, Addy, Fletcher, Rogan, Ava, Ally, Winnie and Theodore; brothers, Ron Webb, Dennis Lykins, Kelly Lykins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
