ROSENDALE, Mo. - Lopsided games highlight Missouri 8-man football in week one. Arguably the biggest win from the week one docket was King City, taking care of North Andrew on the road, 40-8.

The defending 8-man state champions, Worth County, started their season on the right note. The Tigers cruised to a 74-28 victory over South Holt/Nodaway Holt.

St. Joseph Christian didn't get the start they wanted. The Lions fell to Pattonsburg on the road, 68-12.

A weak front will move out of northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas Sunday morning giving the region a slight chances for showers before sunrise. A southeast wind will pick up Sunday around 10 to 15 mph, sunshine will return, and temperatures will warm into the upper 70s.
