The Penney Hornets football team was awarded the KQ2 and East Ridge Carwash Team Of The Week after beating South Harrison 40-28 in the class 1 district semi-final.

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Penney Hornets football team was awarded the KQ2 and East Ridge Carwash Team Of The Week after beating South Harrison 40-28 in the class 1 district semi-final.

The Hornets will play Princeton Friday at Princeton for a district title.
