Platte River At Sharps Station affecting Platte County.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Platte River near Agency.

* WHEN…Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, low-lying areas east of Agency begin to
flood.
At 25.0 feet, flooding begins at the east border of Agency.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 2:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 25.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.7
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

cars through flooded areas.
