Flood Warning issued June 7 at 11:59AM CDT until June 9 at 1:54PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri…

Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Livingston and Linn
Counties.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Grand River near Chillicothe.

* WHEN…Until Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods. At 28.0 feet,
Rural roads are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 9.7 feet Friday
morning.
– Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
