Rep. Graves makes comments on U.S.-Israel joint attacks on Iran

MISSOURI (KQTV) -- United States Rep. from Missouri Sam Graves made comments on social media Saturday after the United States and Israel's joint attack on Iran.

"Iran has continued to pursue nuclear weapons and support terrorism, posing a real and immediate threat to Americans and our allies," Rep. Graves wrote on the platform X at 10:23 am on Feb. 28. "President Trump took decisive action to protect our service members, our homeland, and our national security before that threat could grow."

Later, once President Donald Trump confirmed the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Graves took to X again and said the following.

"Justice has been served. Khamenei is dead. His reign of terror is over. No longer will he chant 'Death to America.' Now it is time for the people of Iran to take back their country."
