Tracking a chilly Saturday night, cool and sunny Easter Sunday

Partly cloudy, cool and breezy conditions Saturday afternoon will give way to a chilly and clear night, with overnight temperatures falling into the upper 20s to low 30s. Subfreezing temperatures and light winds could result in scattered frost by early Sunday morning. A Frost Advisory has been issued across all of Northwest Missouri and parts of Northeast Kansas from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday.

Abundant sunshine, cool air, and northerly breezes prevail on Easter Sunday, with morning temperatures in the 30s rising into the upper 50s to low 60s for the afternoon. Periods of cloud coverage and a slight chance of passing rain showers returns Monday, followed by a chance of light rain and snow showers Monday night.
