Safety Town in need of Teen Volunteers

St. Joseph Safety and Health Council's Safety Town

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) — The annual summer event teaching kids safety skills needs teen volunteers for June and July sessions.

Safety Town, organized by the St. Joseph Safety and Health Council, will reopen with sessions on the following dates:

  • June 15-18
  • June 22-25
  • June 29-July 3
  • July 6-9

Teen volunteers must have completed the 7th Grade, work well with children, and earn the most community service hours.

Apply to be a teen volunteer on the St. Joseph Safety Council's website.
