Flood Warning issued April 26 at 10:28AM CDT until May 1 at 3:32AM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill MO has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri…

Platte River near Agency affecting Buchanan County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Platte River near Agency.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening to early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late Tuesday evening to a crest of 22.2 feet early Wednesday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
morning.
– Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
