MSHP announces promotions and transfers

MISSOURI (KQTV) -- The superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Col. Michael A Turner, announced promotions and transfers of troopers across the state.

Sergeant Anthony M. Richerson of Troop F is set to be promoted to Lieutenant and will transfer to the Professional Standards Division (PSD) in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Lieutenant John W. Dick will be promoted to Captain and is set to serve as the director of the PSD.

Lastly, Captain Joseph A. Veaseman will transfer from PSD to serve as the division director of the Crime Laboratory Division.

All transfers and promotions will be effective as of June 1, 2026.
