Noah Cameron gives up 3 runs, picks up third defeat of season as Royals fall to the Cardinals

(ST. LOUIS, MO) - St. Joseph native Noah Cameron got the start on the mound for Kansas City's road game against the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday.

In 6 innings pitched, the Central High School alum gave up 5 hits and 3 runs while strikeout out 4 batters. The Royals fall 4-2 and Cameron picks up the loss. His record on the season is 2-3 and the Royals drop to 19-27, the team has lost 6 straight games.

Cameron's next scheduled start is on Friday, May 22nd against the Seattle Mariners in Kansas City at 6:40 pm.
