Tracking a warm and sunny Wednesday

We will atart off the day with a mix of sunshine and clouds around the area and morning temperatures will begin in the lower 60's. So we will have a mild start across northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri and have a very light south wind around 5 mph.

By the afternoon temperatiures will quickly warm upp into the upper 80s by the afternoon, witha few locations possibly reaching 90 degrees. Humidity levels will also increase slightly, making it feel hotter during the day.

Wednesday night skies will stay partly cloudy with the overnight lows staying on the warm side. Temperatures only fall back into the lower 60s by early Thursday morning.
