Tracking rain chances on Tuesday

Well we will be expecting a warm and somewhat humid Tuesday across much of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. Temperatures will start out in the upper 60s and lower 70s with a mix of clouds and sunshine.

the winds will start to pick up out of the south at 10-15 miles per hour and we could see gusts up to 20 miles per hour by the late afternoon. The humidity levels will start to rise across the area as well and that will make it feel a few degrees warmer.

Most areas will remain dry, but isolated showers and thunderstorms may develop late afternoon and into the evening, with brief heavy rain possible.
