ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- 62 days after launching Rev. Adam Hamilton's campaign for the U.S. Senate, Hamilton fundraised $3.66 million from 16,336 individual donors.

This milestone is the largest launch quarter of any Senate candidate in Kansas history.

“Adam Hamilton raised more than any Kansas Senate Candidate launch in history thanks to a grassroots movement," said Tyson Brody, Communications Director for Hamilton for Kansas.

Contributions came from 93 of the 105 counties in Kansas.

Hamilton is running for Roger Marshall's seat during the Kansas Primary on Aug. 4.

Hamilton will be running against Republicans Roger Marshall and Pond Naramore and Democrats Damon Anderson, Christy Davis, Jason Hart, Kevin Latz, Erik Murray, Sandy Spidel Neumann, Anne Parelkar, Patrick Schmidt and Michael Soetaert.
