HOLT COUNTY, Mo. (KQTV) -- A 53-year-old man from Bellevue, Nebraska, was ejected from his motorcycle while traveling south on Interstate 29.

The crash occurred at 7:14 p.m. on Saturday, July 11.

While traveling, the driver struck a signpost, which caused the man to be ejected from his 2013 Harley-Davidson, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The Harley rested on its left side, partially blocking the southbound 79 exit ramp, and was totaled.

The driver was not wearing a helmet at the time and was transported to the hospital by the Atchison Holt Ambulance District.
