Tracking a Heat Advisory on Wednesday

A Heat Advisory is in effect until 8PM Thursday for all of Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas. Temperatures by the afternoon will feel like anywhere between 105 and 110 degrees.

We will start Wednesday morning off warm and muggy with overnight lows only falling into the upper 70s. Temperatures will quickly climb into the mid to upper 90s by late afternoon and with lots of moisture in the air it will feel very uncomfortable.

A Heat Advisory will remain in effect until Thursday evening as we will not see a break in the heat and humidity until then.
