What Chiefs fans need to know before going to Saturday’s preseason game

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Kansas City Chiefs host the Los Angeles Rams at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday in their first preseason game.

Weather-Related Information:

Saturday's forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-90s. Guests can bring one factory-sealed water bottle of 20 ounces or less into the stadium.

Water fountains are located throughout the concourse at Arrowhead. Cooling stations will be available on the first level of each stadium spiral and at the upper-level end zones.

Parking and Traffic:

Parking lots open at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Fans are encouraged to buy parking passes in advance.

Concessions Value Pricing:

Arrowhead offers value pricing at select locations throughout the stadium. Popular items, including hot dogs, pretzel bites and popcorn, are priced at $5.

All concession stands also have value sodas for $5.

Cashless:

All concessions and retail points are cashless. In addition to traditional scan and chip reader options, all points of sale offer mobile tap and scan options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Safety and Security:

The NFL's clear bag policy is in place for all events at Arrowhead. Fans can find a complete list of what is permitted and prohibited in the stadium.

2:57 p.m. – Rams Team Introduction

2:59 p.m. – Chiefs Team Introduction

3 p.m. – National Anthem
