KQ2 Pigskin Preview: Golden Eagles eyeing big season in 2026

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Bishop LeBlond Golden Eagles are looking to make an impact in 2026.

The Golden Eagles are coming off a 6-5 season and an 8-man District championship game appearance.

"Everybody's locked in," Senior Owen Zeit said. "I mean, everybody's showing up to weights, practice. I mean, there's really rarely any people that miss practice, and that's the good thing about it."

Bishop LeBlond starts its 2026 season at home next Friday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. against North Shelby.
