Tracking a Dry and Hot Tuesday

Tuesday is going to be another hot and mostly sunny day across much of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. A Heat Advisory has been issued for northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas until 8pm on Friday. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 90s and feels like temperatures will be anywhere from 105 to 110 degrees.

Expect plenty of sunshine through the afternoon and a south wind that will blow around 10 to 15 mph. Even with the lower humidity it will still feel very uncomfortable outside Tuesday afternoon.

Tuesday evening will stay mostly clear and with the day time heating we will struggle to see those temperatures drop much at all and they will slowly drop from the mid 80s to the mid 70s. The heat will stay with us for the remainder of the week with highs in the mid to upper 90s.
