Tracking a Sunny and Dry Thursday

Mike Bracciano KQ2

After a rainy and cloudy Wednesday for much of the area we will see a much more pleasant Thursday for much of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. We still might have a stray shower or thunderstorm very early Thursday morning but after that we will be seeing plenty of sunshine.

Clouds will gradually break apart through the morning, giving way to plenty of sunshine by the afternoon. With the sunshine we will see our temperatures start to rise into the lower 80s. we will see a light northeast wind which will bring in less humid air into the area.

Thursday evening will be very nice across the area with clear skies and temperatures falling into the lower 70s and upper 60s.

Friday looks dry but we will be watching a chance for showers and thunderstorms late Friday night and early Saturday morning.
