Plattsburg High School football defeats Penney for first time since 2003, Tigers are 3-0

PLATTSBURG, Mo. (KQTV) - The Plattsburg High School football team did something they hadn't done since 2003 on Friday night.

The Tigers defeated the Penney Hornets. Plattsburg came away with a 35-33 victory.

Plattsburg improves to 3-0 on the season under first year head coach John Gassman and will next face 3-0 Mid-Buchanan on the road in Faucett on Friday, September 18th at 7 pm. Penney falls to 2-1 and next will host West Platte on the 18th at 7 pm.
