Flood Warning issued October 1 at 9:42AM CDT until October 4 at 3:10AM CDT by NWS Omaha/Valley NE

…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Nebraska…Missouri…

Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison
Counties.

Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Missouri River at Brownville.

* WHEN…From late tonight to late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS…At 35.0 feet, The parking lot and boat ramp south of
Highway 136 on the Nebraska side are underwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 26.8 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tonight to a crest of 36.3 feet early Saturday morning. It will
then fall below flood stage late Saturday evening.
– Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of 36.3
feet on 07/15/1994.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
