Tracking a sunny and seasonable fall weekend

Fantastic fall weather will continue to grace the Mid-Missouri River Valley this weekend, and into early next week as a tranquil pattern brings days of sunshine and seasonably cool temperatures to the region. Abundant sunshine, light winds, and highs in the low to mid 70s Saturday afternoon will give way to a cool and clear night with lows well into the 50s. Patchy fog is possible early Sunday morning. Otherwise, sunshine prevails with highs in the low 70s. A weak cold front will pass through the area Sunday, triggering light northerly breezes and setting the stage for more cool dry weather on Monday.
