Tracking a Sunny and Warmer Tuesday

Mike Bracciano KQ2

Tuesday is shaping up to be another beautiful early October day across Northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. We have a nice warm up coming our way as we head into the afternoon.

The morning will start off on the cool side with temperatures in the lower 50s. We will have lots of sunshine to start the day and a light south southwest wind.

By Tuesday afternoon, look for mostly sunny skies and temperatures to rise into the lower 80s with the high being right around 81 degrees. The winds will be out of the south southwest with gusts up to 20 miles per hour by the afternoon.

Tuesday evening stays clear and mild with temperatures falling through the 70s and 60s. Overnight lows will once again be in the lower 50s.
