Drug Prevention Planning

1.) Talk with and listen to your child to help make good choices.

2.) Teach your child the different ways to say "No" to drug use. 

3.) Make clear rules about not using drugs

4.) If you do drink, never drink and drive and drink in moderation.

5.) Children see how parents use drugs and alcohol at home, including how parents deal with emotions and stress.
