City of St. Joseph announce Phase II of Emergency Snow Ordinance

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) — The City of St. Joseph announced via social media that Phase II of the emergency snow ordinance has been declared.

Vehicles are required to be removed from Emergency Routes as of 9:15 a.m. on Saturday Jan. 24.
