North Belt Green Hills Grocery to close

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Green Hills Grocery location at 3225 North Belt Highway will close on May 16th, according to the store's social media post.

Green Hills is telling customers to look for upcoming closeout sales. These sales, however, will not include liquor or tobacco.

All app points for fuel and other rewards will be honored at their 7014 King Hill Avenue location in St. Joseph. Green Hill gift cards from the North Belt location must be used by May 15.

The company said the closure is due to rising food and business costs.

The store, however, mentioned that it is expected to be renovated and reopened, with details to be announced at a later date.
