MoWest to host golf tournament at St. Joseph Country Club

ST. JOSEPH, Mo (KQTV) -- Missouri Western State University is set to hold the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Central Regional at the St. Joseph Country Club from May 4th-6th.

18 teams and six individuals will be on the field during the tournament.

Following the tournament, the top five teams and the low two individuals who are not on an advancing team will move on to the 2026 National Championship at the PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

96 players will be in attendance, with tournament play beginning each day with an 8 a.m. first tee start.

Two of the teams that will be participating in the tournament will be MoWest and Northwest Missouri State's women's golf programs.
