SJFD responds to Downtown structure fire

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- St. Joseph Fire Department said it responded to a structure fire Downtown in St. Joseph late Sunday Night.

Around 11 p.m., SJFD firefighters from Engine 11, 2, 9, Truck 7, Rescue 1, 10 and Battalion 23 were dispatched to a structure fire Downtown.

According to a Facebook post, crews found smoke showing upon arrival and made an aggressive fire attack. Crews quickly brought the fire under control shortly after.
