The St. Joseph Public Library hosts a Medicare 101 seminar

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The St. Joseph Public Library will host the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for a Medicare 101 seminar.

The seminar will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 10, at East Hills Library, located at 502 N. Woodbine Road, and will cover Medicare Program basics.

Sessions will cover hospital insurance, medical insurance, Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap), Medicare Advantage, Medicare drug coverage, Medicaid and other programs.

Adults are encouraged to register to save their seat, and interested participants can learn more information by contacting Elizabeth Murray at 816-236-2136.
