SJPD searching for missing and endangered person

UPDATE: Layne Dilley was found Tuesday evening, according to a Facebook post from the St. Joseph Police Department.

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The St. Joseph Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing and endangered person.

According to SJPD, Layne A. Dilley, 18, was last seen on Feb. 9 at approximately 9:00 p.m. when he left his residence in the 800 block of S. 19th St., St. Joseph. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Dilley was last seen wearing black boots, blue jeans, and a black zip-up hoodie.

He is 5 feet 7 inches, weighs 120 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

SJPD says that Dilley has been off his prescribed medications for several weeks and does not have them with him.

Anyone with information on Dilley's whereabouts are asked to contact SJPD at 816-271-4777.
