St. Joseph’s newest team the Astras to host open tryouts

LENEXA, Kan. (KQTV) -- St. Joseph's newest team, the Astras women's indoor soccer club, is looking for its newest members with the club's upcoming tryout.

The Astras are hosting open tryouts for local women athletes ages 16 years and older.

Tryouts cost $95 and will take place at the All American Indoor Sports Complex in Lenexa, Kansas. Tryouts will start at 9:00 am and last until around 11:00 am.

The Astras are expected to take the field at the Civic Arena in Downtown St. Joseph this winter.
